DispatchAI

10-day real-call pilot

Your next customer isn't leaving a voicemail. They're calling the next contractor.

DispatchAI answers your missed and after-hours calls 24/7, collects the job details, and puts the recording, transcript, and next step in your dashboard. You approve estimates before anything goes back to the customer.

Start with a 10-day pilot on real missed, no-answer, busy, overflow, or after-hours calls. Keep your number. Voice answering starts first — texting from your number turns on after business messaging registration is approved.

Put Ava on the calls you are already missing

For 10 days, forward the calls you can't get to — the ones that hit voicemail while you are on a roof, under a sink, driving between jobs, or closed for the night. Ava answers, asks the right questions for your trade, captures the address and urgency, and gives you a clean record of what happened. You stay in control of the estimate and the customer relationship.

No new number to advertise. No long-term contract just to see proof. No subscription charge during the pilot.

How it works

  1. 1. Hear the demo first — on our line, not yours. Call the live demo and act like a customer: a leaking water heater, a tripped breaker, a dead AC. The demo runs on Tegminestar's registered demo line, so you can judge the voice experience without touching your own number.
  2. 2. Fifteen-minute setup. We configure how Ava answers with your business name, your trade and services, your service area, what counts as urgent, where your rates live, and who approves estimates. At the end we place a test call and confirm the recording and transcript show up in your dashboard.
  3. 3. Forward only the calls you miss. Keep your number and forward the situations you choose. DispatchAI is the safety net, not a hostage situation — forwarding can be changed or turned off whenever you want.
  4. 4. Review the proof, not a sales pitch. Your day-5 and day-10 scorecards show what Ava caught: calls answered, complete intakes, booked appointments, photos submitted, and estimates drafted for your approval. The only question at the end: did DispatchAI catch work that would have gone to voicemail?

Pilot terms

The 10-day pilot starts after setup and a successful voice test call. There is no subscription charge during the pilot. After day 10, continue on the plan that fits — or stop:

See live prices on the pricing page. There is no evergreen 50%-off discount — a discount doesn't prove the product caught a job. The pilot does.

Founder cohort — 10 contractors, proof first

The first 10 contractors who complete a pilot, capture at least one real job with DispatchAI — a booked appointment, a scheduled estimate, or an approved estimate request — and agree to share the result as a testimonial and case study get founder pricing: Individual at $99.50/month for months 1–3, then the standard $199/month from month 4. Limited to 10, not stackable with other offers, and recordings or transcripts are only used publicly with your approval and customer details removed.

Questions contractors ask

Do I keep my business number?

Yes. The pilot runs on call forwarding. Customers keep calling the number already on your truck and your cards. You choose which calls forward — missed, no-answer, busy, overflow, after-hours, or all of them — and you can change or turn off forwarding at any time.

Why can't I text it from my number today?

Business texting is registered per business and per messaging program. Sending texts from your business number before that registration is approved is exactly how legitimate senders get flagged as spam, so DispatchAI doesn't do it. Voice answering, dashboard/email alerts, recordings, transcripts, and photo upload links all work from day one. SMS from your number — automatic photo-link texts, confirmations, reminders, two-way texting — turns on once your registration is approved. We collect the registration packet during setup so the two run in parallel; approval timing depends on the carrier/registry review, so we won't promise a same-day texting launch.

What do you need from me to register texting?

Your legal business name, EIN/tax ID, legal business address, business website, an authorized contact, a short description of how you'll use texting, sample messages, and how customers opt in. If we need a document, we tell you exactly which one and why — no homework packet before the setup call.

Does DispatchAI quote prices to my customers?

No. Ava collects the problem, requests a photo when it helps, and drafts an estimate from your rates. You approve, edit, or reject it before anything goes to the customer.

Does Ava book jobs without asking me?

Ava follows the calendar rules you set in setup — what can be proposed or booked, who it can be assigned to, and what needs a human decision first.

What if almost no calls come in during the 10 days?

Then the scorecard will show that. If forwarding went live late or your call volume was too low for a fair test, we say so and discuss a short extension instead of pretending the pilot proved something.

What happens at day 10?

We review the scorecard together: calls answered, jobs booked, photos submitted, estimates drafted and approved. Then you choose Individual at $199/month, Enterprise at $499/month, founder pricing if you qualify and a slot remains, or stop.

Don't start with a contract. Start with a call.

Hear Ava as a customer would. If she handles the call the way you'd want your office to, start the pilot and put her on the calls you are already missing for 10 days.
