Program name and operator

DispatchAI Customer Care Notifications, operated by Tegmine star LLC (EIN 85-0796371), whose company website is tegminestar.com. DispatchAI is a service used by home-service contractors (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and similar trades) to answer their incoming customer calls with an AI receptionist and follow up by text with the customer who called.

How consent is obtained (Call to Action)

Consent is obtained verbally, during an inbound phone call that the customer themselves places to the contractor's business phone number. There is no web form, checkbox, keyword, or purchased list — a person only ever receives a text because they called the business first and were told, out loud and during that same call, that a text was being sent to them.

The AI receptionist states the disclosure live on the call before any message is sent. The wording varies naturally by conversation, but always conveys the same thing. Representative examples:

  • “I'm texting you a link right now — once you send a photo of it, I'll get you a ballpark estimate.”
  • “I'll get that over to the team and they'll text you to confirm the exact time.”

The caller hears this before any message is sent and can decline or end the call. No message is ever sent to a number that did not call the business.

What messages are sent

Only transactional messages tied to the specific service request the customer called about. There is no marketing, promotional, or bulk messaging program. The complete set of automated messages:

  • A link to upload a photo of the job, so a preliminary estimate can be prepared.
  • A one-time reminder if no photo has been received after the call.
  • A confirmation of the appointment date and time once it is booked.
  • A notice if that appointment is cancelled.
  • A summary of what was captured on the call, when no photo link applies.
  • A single follow-up request for a review after the job is complete.
