By creating a DispatchAI account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.
DispatchAI answers your business's incoming calls with an AI voice assistant, drafts estimates from customer-submitted photos, and sends SMS updates. AI-drafted estimates and call summaries are a starting point for you to review — they are not sent to your customers automatically, and you're responsible for checking them before they go out.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for the phone number you use with DispatchAI and for having the right to route calls to it (see "Phone numbers" below).
New accounts get a free trial. Getting a DispatchAI phone number during the trial requires a valid payment method on file — you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
A phone number provisioned through DispatchAI remains tied to your account. If your trial lapses without converting to a paid subscription, we may release the number back to our provider and it will no longer route to your assistant.
Use DispatchAI for your legitimate business — don't use it to send unsolicited messages, harass anyone, or attempt to abuse the AI, SMS, or calling features.
By calling a DispatchAI-powered business and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request — photo-request links, booking confirmations, and similar business notifications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program — your mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Estimates, call summaries, and job descriptions produced by DispatchAI's AI are drafts. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing them before relying on them or sending them to a customer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
DispatchAI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchAI and Tegmine star LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
